Lawton Gains New Business in the Middle East

The Middle East is proving to be a developing market for Midlands based copper tube manufacturer and distributor, Lawton Tubes.  A growing number of orders are coming in from the region, a very pleasing sign during the current economic climate.

Lawton Tubes put their success in the Middle Eastern market down to the quality of their product, particularly in the Medical Gas market.  Managing Director, Oliver Lawton, stated that “We have invested in high end degreasing capabilities, our products are made to a high specification and comply with all the relevant kite-mark requirements.  We also carry out full testing and rigid quality control.  We are justly proud of our product, and proud that our manufacturing reputation is so highly regarded in the Middle East as well as at home in the UK”.

Director Robert Lawton commented that “Export sales have literally doubled in the last year.  We’ve been developing the market for some time, but there’s been a significant increase in infrastructure projects in the Middle East, and that’s led to an increase in demand for a number of our products.”

An increase in the number of hospitals being built has led to increases in orders for Lawton’s Medical Gas Tubes, and the Lawton DUAL product is ideal for the air-conditioning and refrigeration requirements of the 2022 Qatar world cup.  The company obviously hopes that this growth continues, and that Lawton’s will be demanded all over the world.
